About Application Week

Application Week is the format our counsellors run when an intake deadline is close and
students want to move quickly. Instead of booking a consultation, waiting for a callback
and then coming back with documents, everything happens in one visit: you arrive, you sit
down with an adviser, your documents are checked in front of you, and your application
goes off the same day if it is ready.

You can come on any of the five days. Mornings are usually quieter if you would rather not
wait, and the last appointment of the day starts at 5:30 pm. If you would prefer a fixed
slot, register in advance and we will hold one for you.

Our advisers cover courses in the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and New
Zealand at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level. As with every WIN Education
service, attending costs nothing and there is no agency fee at any stage.

Apply in 4 steps

  1. Walk in to our Delhi office

Come to S2, F Block, International Trade Tower in Nehru Place any day of the week
between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. Bring a friend or a parent if it helps — there is room
for two people at each desk.

  2. Consult a specialist adviser

Tell us your subject, your budget and where you would like to live. Your adviser will
build a realistic shortlist with you, explain the entry requirements for each course,
and be straight with you about which options are a stretch.

  3. Submit your documents

We check everything you have brought against the requirements of each course, scan
what is needed, and tell you exactly what is still missing. Nothing is submitted until
    you are happy with it.

  4. Apply for your course on the spot

If your file is complete, we submit the application to the university with you sitting
there. You leave with a reference number and a clear idea of what happens next and
    when to expect a decision.

Documents you’ll need

Bring originals where you can, plus a photocopy or a scan on your phone. If something is
missing, come anyway — we will tell you how to get it and you can send it afterwards.

  • Passport — the photo page. If you have not applied for one yet, bring any government photo ID.
  • Transcripts and degree certificate — academic records for every qualification you want to be considered.
  • CV — one page is enough, including any internships, projects or work experience.
  • English test score — IELTS, TOEFL, PTE or equivalent, if you have already taken a test. You do not need one to attend.

Who should attend

Application Week suits anyone who wants to make real progress in a single sitting rather
than over several weeks of email. In particular:

  • Final-year undergraduates planning a Master’s abroad in the next intake.
  • Class 12 students and their parents who want to compare undergraduate routes in four countries.
  • Working professionals considering a part-time or one-year taught postgraduate course.
  • Students who have already been counselled elsewhere and want a second opinion on their shortlist.
  • Anyone unsure whether their profile is strong enough to apply at all — that is exactly the conversation to have with us.

Questions about Application Week

Either works. Walk-ins are welcome throughout the week and are seen in order of arrival. Registering in advance simply reserves a time slot so you do not have to wait, which is worth doing if you are travelling in from outside Delhi.

No. Attending is free, and so is everything that follows — counselling, document review, application submission, tracking and visa guidance. WIN Education is funded by the universities we represent, not by students.

Come anyway. Many universities will assess an application without an English score and make the offer conditional on one. Your adviser will tell you the score each shortlisted course expects, and can also look at pre-sessional English or pathway options.

Yes, and we encourage it. Questions about costs, safety, accommodation and part-time work usually come from parents, and it saves everyone a second conversation later.

Allow around 45 minutes for the consultation and document check. If your file is complete and you decide to apply the same day, add another 20 to 30 minutes for the submission itself.

We run the same consultation online on any working day, and our online workshops are open to students anywhere in India. See all upcoming events or get in touch to arrange a video call.
